ROLE: Art Direction, Design

CHALLENGE: Develop a cohesive series of visuals showcasing Discovery Networks’ key brand highlights for one of their corporate initiative events, with each brand represented through its unique color palette. While each visual reflects the distinct identity of its brand, all designs align with the overarching theme and unified branding of Discovery Inc., seamlessly tying them together under one creative umbrella.

CHALLENGE: Create travel-themed social promo material for week-long California-themed premieres of four shows.

RESULTS: Successfully captured the spirit of California, leading to increased social media engagement and heightened anticipation for the premieres, contributing to strong engagement and viewership.

B2B PARTNERSHIP CASE STUDY

ROLE: Graphic Design, Art Direction
CLIENT: Discovery Communications in partnership with Boeing

CHALLENGE: Highlight partnerships between Boeing and Discovery Communications, including The Age of Aerospace advertising partnership, and create a multi-platform B2B case study presentation to attract advertisers with similar interests further.

RESULTS: Delivered a visually engaging case study presentation that attracted new advertiser inquiries and led to requests for additional case studies in the same format. The presentation received positive feedback from Discovery Communications and Boeing stakeholders, showcasing its success in highlighting the value of their partnership.

ROLE: Presentation Design Mock-Up & Mood Board

CHALLENGE: Shift away from the traditional yellow crime scene tape and blue-and-red police lights, embracing a more advertiser-friendly approach with themes of puzzle-solving intrigue, suspenseful storytelling, dramatic flair.

RESULTS: Created a compelling presentation and mood board that reimagined Investigation Discovery’s appeal, resonating with advertisers and viewers alike. The everyday relatability and intrigue-driven themes struck a chord, inspiring creative ad integrations that seamlessly tied into the channel’s storytelling, such as household products cleverly woven into the crime-solving narrative.
